“We were driving from Ohio to Hilton Head, SC. About halfway through our transmission started shuttering on our 2016 GMC Sierra. I sent John a message Friday after business hours around 8pm asking if he'd be able to rebuild the transmission while we were on vacation before we went back to Ohio. He responded around 10pm telling us to give him a call on Saturday. When I spoke with him he ensured me he would be able to start my transmission first thing Monday morning and have it finished by Tuesday Afternoon. Not only did he have my transmission done by Tuesday Afternoon it was rebuilt better than new, my transmission has never shifted so smoothly. We drove 750 miles home problem free. Thank You John for getting us back on the road so quickly. I highly recommend this shop for any transmission services.”
