“*PLEASE READ THIS*I called 7 Transmission places to see where I wanted to send my truck to get the Transmission place and NEW RIVER was the place. Mr.John talked with me a guided me threw the process as the other 6 places sounded like they didn't have a care in the world if I brought my truck to them or not. So the truck wasn't even running and Mr.John fixed my truck without it even running. People that SPEAKS VOLUME of this man and how PROFESIONAL HE IS AND his company.Thank you You Mr.John and for your service on my truck!! Hopefully I don't have to call ypu for my warranty and I pretty sure I want because my New Transmission is shifting better then it did from the Factory....”
