“I reserved a truck at 2 different locations. Both locations canceled the reservation. I started making these reservations over a week out, so this was not last minute on my part. I requested a call back on the app. Never received a call back. Phoned the location in Hardeeville in desperation. The gentleman there was able to help me, though the location was out of my way and cost 40 extra miles at $1.29 a mile.
While I do recommend this location, my overall experience with Uhaul was disappointing.”
