“Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Brandy! And Connie too! I've had a storage unit here for over seven years now with nothing but positive experiences. Yesterday I went there after discovering an issue that could have been devastating. Only to learn that Brandy had already saved the day by accurately assessing that something wasn't as it seemed based upon my payment history and longevity as a customer. Having had several different storage units in multiple locations over the course of my 27+ year Army career, I can say with a good degree of certainty that this was above and beyond what could have been expected from any other storage business. Brandy is fantastic! Without divulging the details of the issue itself, just trust me when I say that Brandy proved that this is a business that actually cares more about their customers than making a few extra dollars. This was a great example why this is an outstanding customer oriented and community minded business that is smart enough to employ the best.”
“I google a U-Haul place for a tow dolly and this establishment was the only one who had one near by for me! Mr. Billy and his team are a blessing and he’s so sweet. I pray much success to him and his business! With a kind heart as his, he deserves it!”

“I reserved a truck at 2 different locations. Both locations canceled the reservation. I started making these reservations over a week out, so this was not last minute on my part. I requested a call back on the app. Never received a call back. Phoned the location in Hardeeville in desperation. The gentleman there was able to help me, though the location was out of my way and cost 40 extra miles at $1.29 a mile.
While I do recommend this location, my overall experience with Uhaul was disappointing.”
