“The truck that my daughterwas driving broke down coming back from the beach on a Saturday evening 2 hours from our home. After AAA didnt show up, made a call to Jay at 11:00p.m. on a Saturday night. I explained to him my situation, and asked him if and how he could help me. We were able to get to my daughter and get her back home, while Jay came and got the truck early Sunday morning, took to his shop, called me Monday afternoon letting me know it wasn't the problem I had thought and it was much easier fix. He told me I could drive down on Monday night and pick up the truck. He did exactly what he said he would do. I never saw Jay, never got to shake his hand, everything we did was by phone, but he provided great help and service to a family that was stuck on the side of the road in a small town on a Saturday night. I was and always will be greatfull for the services he provided. He is a great example of what this world needs more of. All the best to Jay and All State Auto & Tow”

For starters having someone who works the phones and front desk who is so kind and profession is like a breath of breath air, Liz is one of the most patient and pleasant people I have ever been helped by in the auto industry. “I was taking my kids to the library when my tire pressure was low so I stopped here, they had my truck for maybe a half hour total, in which they found the leak and fixed it. Who we waited, they gave me quarters for the kids to use the candy machine. And then since it was such a simple fix, they didn't even charge me!”
