“I began using Ms. Hannah's services about a year ago and each time I visited the shop everyone was nice, polite and a pleasure to be around. Ms. Hannah and Ms. Mary take pride in their business, but I am a little saddened and perplexed that I have been told by an outsider that I am no longer welcome to use her business. This person was recommended to me to replace a shower and he did not do a good job, forced me to hire someone else and completely tear out his job costing me over $6,500 that he will not even meet me halfway on. The job was so bad that I voiced my frustrations especially when he refused to refund me any of the money my wife and I paid him. He was so bad that he came back three times to fix it but after the last time and three showers the entire shower was leaking so we had to bring in a professional to tear out and completely start from scratch. Regardless, I feel bad because I can no longer use this alteration shop as he has told me...................I do not feel that one issue has anything to do with the other. I do understand that this person's fiancée or wife works there but that is still no reason to not allow me to use their talent when my family was the one that got the bad end of the deal”
