“I visited the Dollar General store in Lydia, SC on 10-21-23. It is the best DG store I have been in. It is always neat and well stocked. Cathy was the cashier, and she was very friendly. She was unpacking boxes when I got to the register. There was a squeak toy with the instruction to “squeak for cashier” written on the side. I did as instructed and she came right away. I will visit this store again and I hope she is working.”
“This place is pretty decent when it comes to dollar generals, it is relatively new and it's stocking is decent. With the recent pandemic, stocking in general for places like this have been hit or miss so I won't be so critical there. Clean and organized looks managed correctly. They seem to have a wide variety of workers and they all have been great that I have witnessed. I usually don't give 5 stars and I maybe could on something picky but this particular DG is good.”

“When I go into this store I always feel welcomed! Sabrina, the store's manager, is so kind and helpful. She knows exactly where everything is and has no issues at all stopping whatever it is she's doing at the time to help me. I wish all the managers were as helpful as she is. I fully recommend this store if you live in the Hartsville area! Sabrina is THE best!!!”
“They have the cutest stuff. We always ball on a budget but did get some creeper vibes. People make it so obvious they are following you actually in the store. Ladies always be aware of your surroundings. It's very important.”

“Love dollar general. Only 1 thing I'd say is wish when great coupons come out that there would more of the product. A few times when I get stuff regularly a coupon comes out and then there's none of the product. Oh well! Love the prices.”

“It's always a place for a quick "in and out," and you may purchase some groceries among other things. They have a variety of products available, and they even stay open later than any other stores, which is a definite plus‼ I've been shopping with them for years‼”

“This is the best Dollar tree I have personally ever been to. It's so organized,full of products and the staff are friendly. I absolutely Love this Store!!! It is about a 30 min drive for me but I am willing to make that drive bc of how Awesome it is!!!! Dollar Tree on 5th Street Got it Going ON!!!”
