I can't remember the last time I had a good experience at this dollar tree. The store is always in a mess and the employees are always rude, as if you existing in their store is somehow an offense to them. It would be one thing if customers were always in the way of busy employees but looking at the shelves will tell you that isn't the case, the workers just hate doing their jobs.
If you need a buggy, make sure to grab one before coming inside because you can be assured the manager who sits in the office on her phone won't get out there and bring carts inside.
The store is a mess, not only trash and misplaced merchandise but floats clutter the aisles. The last time I came in I couldn't get to the sympathy cards because the whole aisle was full of floats. So not only are they hurting Dollar Tree's bottom line but also Hallmark since the cards are done through a vendor.
I've kept my pease with this store for a while, since we do have a better Dollar Tree across town, but today was my tipping point. How on earth is this store closing at 8 pm on any day. I understand shorter hours on Sundays but with Walmart next door open till 11, you'd assume this store would stay open until 10 like the dollar tree across town. We were planning on running in in hopes of getting graduation cards after church and had to go spend our money on more expensive cards at Walmart. It's a shame, this store was never the best, but it keeps getting worse and worse.
I'm going to encourage my friends to visit this store and rate their experiences, maybe whomever owns this business on Google will do something about the problems here, since the managers berate the customers who try to bring any issues to their attention.

Manager is rude and has a very nasty attitude. She doesn't care how she speaks to people or if it offends them. Idk how she been a manager this long!

I WAS AT THE DOLLAR TREE THIS WEEKEND TO MAKE A PURCHASE, I WAS VISITING FROM OUT-OF-TOWN. THE LADY THAT HELPED ME DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT, SHE SAID SHE NEEDED A LITTLE HELP. NOT SURE WHAT SHE MEANT BY THAT BUT IF I HAD TO GUESS..... I WOULD SAY SHE'S TAKING THE MONEY AND PUTTING IT IN HER POCKET.SHE ASKED ME IF I WAS PAYING WITH CASH AND I SAID YES. SHE ALSO ASKED ME BEFORE RINGING IT UP WOULD I NEED A RECEIPT.AFTER WALKING AWAY FROM THE REGISTER SHE CALLED HER MANAGER AND SAID SHE NEEDED A POST VOID. MANAGERS WATCH THAT, SOME OF THE CASHIERS THAT NEED ALL OF THE VOIDS MAY NOT REALLY NEED A VOID.

No stars from me!! Was in there about an hour ago looking at nails and polish with our child there. The same worker who always has an attitude was standing behind us tapping on her leg to the point of showing she had no patience. So my wife said oh I'm sorry and slides out the way. The worker said no finish bc if not you're just going to be in my way very very rudley!! Then when we said we would just leave she wanted to fight us like really. Yall got to do better hiring these ppl!! Will be back tho without our child!!

If I could give no Stars I would .. the customer service was so rude and nasty to me today . I asked the woman was they still blowing up balloons and she got so nasty with me saying she been blowing up balloons all day and she embarrassed me in front of the whole store cussing me as I was trash .. all because I asked was she blowing up balloons. That woman shouldn't have a job taking to customer they was she did ..

It was 7pm when I stopped in here and was disappointed. Sure, they're busy restocking the shelves and so there are merchandise trolleys here and there in the aisles. The issue I had with the shop was that there were still out-of-stock and trash on the floor and the staff seemed to be too busy with restocking so there was a queue at the only register that was open. Not a great experience tonight. Do better, DT.
