Based on reviews, Lowe's Home Improvement offers old school customer service with workers on the lookout for customers who may need assistance. The store is very big, clean, and has clean restrooms. It is not crowded and loud. The store has added a small Carhart clothing section and has a lot of fun Christmas decorations. Everything is organized and well labeled. Parking is decent with veteran parking. An assistant manager was very pleasant and helpful. The experience in plumbing was awesome; a worker was knowledgeable and got everything needed fast, explaining things and reminding customers of things they would have forgotten. An amazing worker helped in flooring, another worker helped in electrical, and a cashier also helped. However, some products did not work as expected. A Coast headlamp that said dual power only took batteries, and a Kobalt lantern that is solar powered and takes batteries would cut off after 20 to 30 minutes.

Everytime I go. The workers are always friendly, and willing to help. Never had an issue at this location.
