We were on HHI for vacation and my phone screen went out. We showed up at 9am to get a replacement and Dale could not have been more helpful! He was working solo and got me taken care of fast! He made a stressful situation seamless and pleasant! Highly recommend!

I was on vacation last week in Hilton Head and my phone died. I had to have a working phone asap due to work requirements. I was at the store at 9:00AM as the store opened the next day. Melissa the only worker present, could not have been more helpful. The store had several others show up within minutes of their opening. She was able to help me get up and running within 30 minutes. The only reason it took that long was due to me not knowing some key passwords etc. She was able to navigate me through the process and was communicating to others within the store answering their questions. She provided a timetable for them as eased their mind. Excellent worker in a chaotic situation.

They had the phone, and there was nobody in the store so the employee stopped watching the movie he was watching and helped us. I left with a new phone and a promise that the bill would be lower than even my current bill because I took advantage of a 'special program.' Turns out, not true. After several months of billing I took the 40 minutes to speak with ATT and not only was the bill not going to be lower, the clerk had added three services that I did not need, want, or ask for. I was able to cancel two of them fairly quickly, but the final one took me an additional month. Unfortunately, I did not get it in writing. If you deal with this store, and they make promises, GET IT IN WRITING. This is certainly a common practice - I am guessing the guys are paid on a commission of the sale? Buyer beware!

We went to the store 25 min before closing. I even called to say I was coming in for a screen protector before hand. When we arrived, the store was locked with all the lights and TVs on. The guy working said he was closing early and couldn’t help me. Proceeded to lie and tell me my ATT lifetime screen protector would cost me $10; however per ATT, it’s covered. Rude. It took us 20 min to get there.. for nothing.

The worse experience ever I was told I would get 800 for my phone had problems with transfer of data to new he told to bring my trade in I did told this phone ain't worth 800 on my 14th day I call customer service they gave me a 30 extension I lost the return label and they take the phone back at all because it's past the 14 return day

Terrible customer service. The guy wouldn't even get up and greet me. He just sat and played on his phone. Then he told me to contact customer service. I left frustrated and ended my service with them

They refused to help transfer an existing phone number back to ATT stating that it would be flagged as fraud. Upon trying to contact the store for another matter we kept getting transferred to the call center, it took us 4 additional days to get our matter addressed and was never resolved. These people are not helpful nor knowledgeable, please go to any other location if you have the option.

Ordered and paid for an iPhone 15 that was supposed to be ready for in-store pick-up yesterday, (4/24/24) they would not allow my husband to pick it up even with all of the account and order information, so I drove over an hour this morning just to have my order canceled with no notification because they decided to sell MY PHONE that I PAID for to someone else before I had a chance to pick it up. When I called the store to question what had happened to my order the girl working was very rude and immediately transferred me to a call center rather than letting me even ask the question “do you have any other phones in stock?” Completely unprofessional and rude. If you need to talk to someone with even an ounce of customer service skills, call somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

One staff member working. Had a sign on the door that stated he was on lunch for an hour so we waited in the parking lot planning to upgrade both of our phones only to find out as the employee said, "we're out of phones but we can order something" We suggested they put a sign on the doors relaying that information but all he responded with was attitude. Don't bother with this store, ever. This was our second awful experience here.

I had the most wonderful experience at The Hilton Head AT&T store this morning after experiencing the rudest employee(manager) yesterday at the Bluffton Store. Hilton Head employee,Johnny, was so kind and helpful. And he fixed my problem in one minute.Bluffton manager said she couldn't fix it.Thank you to Johnny and Hilton Head AT&T

Had a terrible experience this morning at AT&T off Hilton Head Island. Decided to risk going on the island to AT&T and met Justin, the manager! He helped my elderly mother correct her cell phone concerns and made a new phone sale in the process. Caring for your customers goes a long way. Thank you Mr Justin and the AT&T on Hilton Head Island. Avoid the one off island, the manager at that location needs retraining and a work ethic!

The staff is somewhat indifferent and does not seem interested. I feel very upset since they added a $17 insurance that I did not authorize since in fact they did not even offer it. Terrible way to scam.
