Compared to many Walmarts in many other states even this one was clean, organized, and every employee was working and friendly. There is also a very large section for souvenirs which was not only convenient but less expensive than other places. We were able to get in and out with several checkers and self check outs available. We will utilize it again the next time we are in the area.

I read the reviews and I don't agree. I've lived in HH 4 years. The crappy Walmart in my old city makes this one look like a dream! So many trees in the parking lot, I feel like I'm in a park! I always find parking in my preferred row. I like self checkout and most times there's no line but when there is, it moves fast. Pharmacy has helpful staff. Get my flu shots there. I get groceries weekly. Prices are better than other grocery stores and they have everything on my list. And they have things I need right away in stock, like wood stain, or windshield wipers or Apple phone chargers or a wheelbarrow or a t-shirt. I'm obviously a fan

0/5 stars if possible Tried calling the store with help getting a fishing license but no one answered the phone and upon arrival, they refused to give me one or give me any other options on how I could one.

Worst customer service. I'm going to send a formal complaint to regional . The rep at desk at 2:50 PM Saturday August 19th is very rude for returns. Will need to know how management staffs employees here or trains . Thanks Walmart.

I recently had a frustrating encounter with Walmart regarding a broken beach umbrella I purchased. Despite being the last in stock, they refused to provide a refund and instead insisted I buy a more expensive replacement, paying the difference. This experience left me disappointed with their customer service. Upon discovering the damage on the same day of purchase, I approached Walmart's customer service for a resolution. However, they showed no willingness to refund the item. Their insistence on me purchasing a pricier replacement felt unfair and forced. Walmart's refusal to accommodate my request and their profit-driven approach demonstrated a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. This incident has made me hesitant to recommend Walmart to others, as their handling of the situation was far from satisfactory. I hope that Walmart takes this feedback into account and improves their refund policy and customer service approach. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and providing fair solutions should be fundamental to any reputable retailer.

Walmart Online is terrible. At the last second, they advise they don't have butter??? There's always an issue, and every time I tell myself, we won't use them again. This time, no choice for medical reasons. It's definitely when we use it so rarely. Is it really worth it to wait 2 days for delivery that always deletes the easiest items to find?

Do not order food for pickup! We waited over an hour for them to bring the food out to us. It would have been so much faster to go in and shop for our own stuff. People who pulled in after us got their food before us. So frustrating. Stay away!!!! When we went inside the workers were laughing, fooling around, throwing bread. The manager was no where to be found until after a complaint was made.

Tried to get a Apple Watch charger as I am on vacation and left mine at home, couldn't get any help to open the locked case. Tried to get some snacks and drinks..emphasis on TRIED. Shelves are empty! They are also remodeling, which I guess is a plus but if they have no employees to run the updated store than what's even the point?

Yelp needs to add a zero star rating. Because this store deserves it. Been in a lot of different stores and a lot of different Walmarts and this is by far the worst. Floor is a dirty customer service is nonexistent. The shelves are a mess and not stock. Walmart should close the store because it sure pulls down their reputation

just when you think the store can't get any worse... The customer service counter was closed. Can't make any returns. The manager said this happens and said no one in the store could take my return. Funny how they can sell you things all day long but can't give you money back with the receipt. I truly despise this Walmart.

Incompetent employees. Can't blame them, Walmart pays them like a dollar an hour. I bought a bike today. $200. It was assembled by one of their employees. It broke.....today...like 3 hours later.

This was the most filthy nasty store I have ever seen. Walmart does not have high standards when it comes to cleanliness but this store was beyond awful. I will never return and certainly made sure I purchased nothing edible.

No stars given. This is the second year in a row I've had to cancel my order because the local Walmart could not provide services I purchased. And claim their phone is out of service to avoid answering calls. If you can't keep up with the demand of the island and the guests visiting, you should not advertise for it. The people that work there are not to blame, MANAGEMENT IS, they are terrible.

Pickup service here is a waste of time. They don't even answer the phone when you arrive. There is no one to ask for help inside either, and they were hours late with our order. Why would they push this service when they are not capable of executing it?
