Cross Island was very helpful in renting our bike before Thanksgiving. The process was easy and bike was even brand new. Wow!

Bikes were delivered in a timely manner. They also serviced one of our bikes that came with our rental property when they dropped off the bikes. We loved all the bike trails on the island and we rode the bikes everywhere we went. The baskets were a really nice feature as well! Great experience!

Great company to rent bikes from. We messed up our address when renting so we’re delivered to the wrong place. Completely our fault but they quickly redelivered to the correct address. Very responsive and good bikes for our week long vacation!
