Good people! Travelled with my family down from Carolina Beach - couldn’t fit my shred stick in the car with us.Ryan hooked me up with some “behind the counter” legit gear for the hurricane Lee swell. Had an absolute blast.Thanks everyone at the shop and best of luck down there! Oh yeah, they have some pretty slick in house board shorts too.

We had an awesome experience last week. One of our locks for the bikes got stuck an they sent someone to replace the lock within 20 minutes! The bikes were delivered on time and the whole process was easy and seamless. Highly recommend!

Great place to do business with. Seat was loose, they came and fixed it right away. Guy was super friendly. I felt like a kid again riding around. Plus the seats are super comfortable for women’s privates..☺️?

I rented a surf board from them and they were so friendly and accommodating to me. They made sure I understood the tide situation even before they would take my money. They went above and beyond to make my beach experience a great one. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Charged for a reservation that was canceled. I’ve called 4 times and have been told that the charge would be credited. Still have not received credit.

My girlfriend and I rented bikes here for 3 days. The poor girl that was working alone was in a walking boot but you wouldn't know it by her helpfulness and work ethic! Bikes were in good condition, lock and basket were included with the rental as well. Will definitely rent from here again whenever we return for another vacation.

We rented 4 bikes here and had an amazing experience. Bikes were in perfect condition. The girl that was helping us was very nice and even gave us tips on where to go. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great company. Quick and easy to communicate plans with and love that they drop off and pick up bikes with a minimal fee. Bikes were great quality. One last thing to worry about! Would def recommend them!

Very convenient and good quality bikes. Bikes were delivered ahead of our check-in and came with 2 baskets for the 4 bikes plus 2 locks. They picked up after we left. Great way to see Hilton Head.

1/14/22, rented 2 bikes for the day. We've used Forest Beach Surf & Cycle several times now. They are always friendly here. The bikes are always in great shape and are so much fun to ride around the island. The pictures are from this visit along with past visits! Highly recommend this business, locally owned too!

This company did not offer "special pricing" as stated in our email from Beachside Getaway rental company and they delivered our bikes to the wrong house so we got them a day late. I asked for a day's compensation and got the runaround. Never did see a refund of any kind.
