HORRIBLE experience. My son was on the waitlist and was showing as second in line. It was 4:30 and their close time was 5. They locked the doors, wouldn't even acknowledge us standing there 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING and continued sweeping.

My husband's haircut was fine. The old lady that can nearly walk should be let go. I wanted a straight cut bob. An inch off what I have. She left huge hunks of hair hanging down and not cut! Horrible!

Absolutely terrible customer service by the franchise owners and employees of this location.Great Clips website and app both day closing at 6pm. I arrive at 4:30 and they decided that this is their new closing time??So this owner and location has outright lied to all great clips customers.

This is a haircut don’t! Who does this, charges money, takes a tip, and doesn’t mention that they shaved part of someone’s head!?!? In great clips defense another lady helped improve situation upon return and refunded money. Still, maybe all staff should not be cutting hair for a living.Service: Haircut
