“I did not expect such a cool, funky, fresh food spot. They have a small menu but the real prize is the grab and go/frozen section. There are lots of choices from full meals to small salads to desserts. The owner said the availability rotates. I got a shrimp salad, organic bread, pickled beets, and these yummy chocolate-peanut butter bites. I will be back soon!”

“Fresh foods!!! Great salads to choose from.... They actually had great prices throughout the store for the most part and being on Hilton Head Island.... Meats and seafood to breakfast and healthy snacks... One day for lunch I did the 12$ meal, salmon ( was sitting there a bit as it was a little dry but still very good ), asparagus and other veggies, can't beat the price and good tasting meal and again, very healthy”
