“I'm not sure why this store doesn't have any reviews yet. So here's the first. 10 out of 10 hands down. I drove to HH from Daniel Island looking for a flour sack kitchen towel. Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. A definite must see!”
“Branches is a fun place to browse for the unexpected and a fun place to take out-of-town visitors. They carry interesting containers and various small decorative items for the home, many of which are antiques. (I found two perfect little antique lamps there for my dressing table and at a reasonable price.) Their floral arrangements are magnificent. You can find a variety of already-done arrangements in containers or drop-ins for your own containers. But when you need something custom, they really shine! The owners and designers are good listeners and make suggestions based on your needs, wishes, and personal taste. The outcome is always amazing!”

“I had originally ordered a sofa that ended up being delayed by about a month, but the team went above and beyond by offering me a beautiful loaner in the meantime. The loaner couch is not only well-made and comfortable, but also looks fantastic in my space. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and exceptional customer service throughout the process!”
“Let's start by saying you can miss this store. It looks like it can be attached to the thrift store but it is not. You do not want to miss going into this store. They have the cutest coastal décor I have seen on the island and we have been here about nine years. The best part is the prices are fair. Some things have a nice price tag but overall the prices are good. The fact that the prices were nice made this store even more enjoyable. The owners are beyond friendly. They walked around the store a little with us and helped us pick something out. I cannot wait to return.”
