“I am giving a rating of 4 stars, based on our frustrating interactions with several customer service reps, but want to call out James K., who deserves a 5 star review.
We closed on a villa on Friday (12/19), which is part of a bulk account. We made several calls to customer service, asking for help connecting to our WiFi service. They didn't have our information and were of no help. After talking to three different agents, who even refused to put a supervisor on the phone, we ran to your physical location, less than 15 minutes before closing.
James K could easily have said that this was not his role and that he was getting ready to close for the weekend, especially since we were both very frustrated and angry. But James was kind enough to calm us down and to stay overtime, figure out the issue, and make the necessary calls so that when we called technical support the next day, they were able to connect our WiFi. You have a great asset at your company in this particular employee. Thanks again James!”

“I went to this corporate store a few days ago to set up a cellular account for my new Samsung Ultra smartwatch. I initially had a misunderstanding based on previous information, as my mobile phone was with Spectrum, and I learned that you cannot pair these devices across different networks while sharing a number. The manager, Travis, was incredibly polite and handled the situation beautifully. My sales rep, Joe, is undeniably the best sales rep I have ever met. He was incredibly kind and patient as he carefully explained why I needed to move my mobile account back from Spectrum to Verizon to get the watch paired.I had previously moved my account away from Verizon due to a terrible experience with the Hilton Head store, which is the complete antithesis of this excellent Bluffton location. Joe completely turned my perspective around. In addition to migrating my mobile account and pairing my watch, Joe also perfectly set up an LTE gateway with a nano SIM card for my detached garage. This successfully established a Wi-Fi environment so that my LiftMaster smart garage opener and my Level Pro deadbolt back door lock can now function perfectly. Travis earns 5 stars and Joe deserves 10 stars for their outstanding service.”

“My parents and I could not have asked for a better technician/ team member named Will! He was GOD sent! He was very understanding, professional, prompt and knowledgeable! He got the job done with ZERO COMPLAINTS! We are so grateful to have lucked up with this team member! He’s the absolute BEST! My parents had Hargray in the past but had to cancel the service twice due to the 2 different technicians not doing a thorough job. So we ended up giving Hargray another try due to my parents needing cameras because my mom has been diagnosed with dementia.
