I just received balloons from my daughter that is in the UK . She paid 88.00 plus for 6 puny balloons and I tried to call and complain and the phone keeps hanging up. I wanted to update this review letting you know that I did talk with them and they are making the order right with adding a flower arrangement to this thanks so much for your help

I ordered a wrist corsage and a boutonnière for my son’s senior prom. I picked it up and when I looked at it the white roses were browning around the edges. I took it back in and the employee said he couldn’t see anything and then finally said oh yeah to one petal and said just take it off. I paid over $60 for the 2 and was very disappointed in the product. Will never use them again.

A friend sent me this beautiful flower arrangement from Johnson’s Florist, and it lasted for weeks! Attached are photos from the day the arrangement arrived and also over a week later. I am a flower arranger for my church and know the difference between mediocre flowers and exceptional arrangements and Johnson’s flowers are not only always lovely but also reasonably priced.

DON'T USE THIS FLORIST! I was looking for a local florist where my friend lives to send her flowers for her Birthday. I came across Johnson's Florist via Google Maps, so I clicked on their website to see what they had to offer. I found something that I liked but when I went to check out it showed a "Wire Fee". I had never seen this before so I called Johnson's Florist to ask about it. A very rude guy answered the phone and I asked what the fee was for? He said that it wasn't from Johnson's Florist and that I was on the wrong website. I then asked him if their website was "hiltonheadforist.net" because it shows "Johnson's Florist" at the top of the web page, along with their phone number and other information but he had to go look it up or ask someone? Strange he didn't even know their website address. He came back on the phone and got very rude with me. He said stop wasting time online and "Give me the order NOW!!" but in a condescending way. I told him that since he is so rude, I would rather order from someone else.

Deserves 0 stars.I'm not one who typically jumps on to write reviews, but this place absolutely warrants the heat.When a close friend suffered a family loss, I depended on positive reviews to pick a local florist shop to deliver sympathy flowers - I paid extra through their online portal for same day delivery. Two weeks later, I found out that the flowers never went out - no warnings, no communication.When I called the shop, the owner picked up and made excuses about how they "shut down their computers" during mothers day week and that there was a mistake between their online and back-end tickets.The grumpy old man on the phone never offered a "i'm so sorry for this mistake" or "we'll get this right out immediately"... nothing. I didn't even ask for a discount!Instead the owner fumbled around and said, "Well, I think we have enough stuff here that we can put this together..." to which I replied, "Is that something you can take a moment and confirm for me?" He seemed irritated and when he came back he said, "Well yeah we can get pretty close..."Thanks but no thanks. I'm not paying extra for "pretty close." What an absolutely disgusting lack of customer service. How this place has been in business for 35 years is beyond me and I can promise that if THAT'S the level of service they provide, they won't be in business for another 35 years.
