“Wow, wonderful customer service from Ferguson’s! I’d lived here many yrs., and my contractor recommended them to me for shower/bath tub components. They appear to be the only store that carries “Sterling” brand. Manuel was extremely helpful in ordering compatible parts, which arrived in 2 days. The shower head was not part of their kit, unbeknownst to us. Caitlyn stepped in and offered to find one in stock, and it was closing time. She found a beautiful rain shower head, and wouldn’t accept $$$ for it, kindly including w/ our purchase. Highly recommend Ferguson’s, where most contractors shop- excellent prices, too! Tabetha worked with us to develop our idea from conception into the perfect finish! Her understanding of operational procedures within the company allowed us to fabricate a very custom table that fit like a glove. Her communication throughout the process was accurate and most pleasant. Everything about Distinctive Granite was five star from start to finish!”
