Great selection of skateboards, Rainbows, Hey Dudes, caps, bathing suits for guys and girls, and t-shirts! Friendly staff to assist with anything you need while you are there.

The return policy is not great. I got my wife a dress and the sizing was way off compared to normal and they would not allow return or exchange for another size. Sales reps should tell you policy if they are going to be this strict on no returns or exchanges. Just another vacation spot that doesn’t care about repeat business.

The cashier was very rude and unresponsive to me as I waited on him to check me out. Threw my change on the counter and could not even say thank you or your welcome. Believe it or not my money looked just like everyone else's money that was shopping.

RUDEST customer service I have experienced in retail to date! Such a shame bc this was my favorite store on the island that I go to every year. Went to return two dresses that didn’t fit me (paid full price, both tags on, and I asked about return policy when purchasing 2 days prior) and the chick (wish I asked for her name so I could add that here and everywhere else, she was brunette with braids) looked at me in disgust and had the audacity to say “umm these are really wrinkled” “did you wear this??? It smells like perfume” - even after I stated they had been in the bag in my car for 2 days and that no, I didn’t wear them. I can’t even really put into words just how rude she was. Let’s just say I wouldn’t have her working there if I were the owner. SO RUDE.

Nice Surf shop and very cute things! Don’t let them fool you though, I had a terrible experience. Went to go buy some shoes for my dad experienced terrible customer service and tried to use my Coligny discount (10% off) since I work in the plaza and only got 5% off. Very disappointed and sadly won’t be returning.

Worst experience I’ve had on Hilton Head Island. I tried returning a dress I bought from the store, and was told it was bought on sale and it couldn’t be returned or exchanged, even though I bought it for full price. While the return policy is obnoxious and the clothes were marked up, it was the way that the manager talked to me that took me aback. She was extremely rude and condescending. Save your money and avoid this store!

This is a great store! We come here at least twice a year to shop. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I’m not sure who left a bad review below but there’s one in every crowd lol ! Great store for sure!
