my laptop crashed on a monday morning. Major crisis. They fixed it the same day and charged a very modest amount. i offered to pay more, because their service and responsiveness was very valuable to me, and they refused to accept more.

I had a heating issue in my laptop. I needed to install thermal paste into my laptop and I needed somebody that knew how to do that kind of thing. I contacted 4 companies. I decided to go with Riedel. The people there are very nice and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Riedel Computers.
