I just want to say how great Brandon Bodensteiner is. He was my sales paint rep in Philadelphia before accepting a job at this store. Whenever I have questions on SW products he will still take my call and help me out!

Painted exterior throughout college, and have always loved Sherwin Williams for the service and knowledge they possess. Went their for my own person project for which I needed advice and have to say it’s my last time going to this location. Was helped by a newer employee who was very nice but was steered in the wrong direction from the get go. The manager never intervened or helped the trainee during the process and I’m $500 in and 5 hours of waiting for a project that should have been $200. The whole time it was like i was invisible by the manager, but in her defense they looked drastically understaffed. This is store issue not an individual staff issue. No one stopped to ask the right questions and i had to bring in my own paint expert, and random people were trying to help me figure it out. During checkout my designer was questioned about her commercial account by Francisco, he stated that he didn’t believe she had a commercial account. This is not the level of service you expect or pay for at sherwin. The previous owner/manager was fantastic so this is a new issue. I’m driving to the south end from now on.

Manager refused help me find more paint which he did not have in the store, but Manager from store on Rt 278 was excellent, very helpful and polite.

Visited store this morning with multiple customers in and out. But 3 of 4 employees working with no mask. They were walking in customer area with no mask.Would recommend not visiting store until employees comply with corporate COVID policy.
