I've been to this store and the customer service regarding switching phones from ATT to Spectrum was wonderful. BUT I need this store's direct phone number. I cannot find it anywhere. None of the 888 or 866 numbers for this store is a direct number. It goes to the call center and the call center cannot answer my question. They tell me to drive to the store and ask. BUT I'm an hour and half away. Ridiculous. The "chat with us" on this store's site is the call center robot. The Chamber of Commerce number for this store is not the local number. The Facebook page for this store does not have a message button nor a local number. DUMB!

worst streaming and quality service provider on the island. Internet is so slow and customer service is insanely terrible. Spectrum on the island used to be top tier but now they’re one of the worst company’s to choose from.

Brought in a new phone I purchased from Amazon (not available from store staff were polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Absolutely first-rate experience.

Had a problem with our TVs in the rental unit and Mark came out ... first, 30 minutes ahead of schedule. B, the window was 60 minutes long - unheard of. Usually it's like four hours. Mark was absolutely one of the best technicians I have ever encountered in my MANY years in dealing with tech stuff ... everything works perfectly and he was AMAZING.

I walked in, and nobody greeted me, there were three associates, and no one said hello. I was not helped the associate refused to help me.

This company is horrible. Customer service is a joke. Told me the poor streaming quality was partially my fault. Looks like I will have to go to Hargray here in HH and to Altafiber in Cincy.

I am a three year customer of Spectrum Internet. I will be leaving them as soon as my Hargrave service is installed. My internet speed is less than 25 percent of what I am paying for and customer service told me I was at fault for not replacing my three year old equipment. Customer Service could care less about existing customers. They are smug and not very smart....a really bad combination. Reminds me of a quote. "When you're dead you dont know you're dead. The pain is only felt by others. The same thing happens when your stupid"

When things are well it’s the best internet on the island. However after living in several different cities I’ve never had an internet service that fails to work over a simple shower. I can understand a thunderstorm taking out internet but a standard rainfall should not interrupt service. Unfortunately this is the best option around but they do nothing to improve or appease their subscribers

We had an appointment from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Waited until 7:30 PM no tech. Rescheduled for the following day for 11 AM to 12 PM again another no-show.

After signing up for brand new phone, internet and tv services this is the WORST Company to deal with. In 5 days I have had 4 technicians come out to our house to either install, fix, repair and reinstall 3 very basic services, and have spent 21 hours and 8 minutes trying to get every mistake and dropped ball fixed by their various departments. Thankfully this company isn’t the only game in town and we finally have services with another more reputable service provider.Do yourself a huge favor save yourself some money (yes they are $32.17 per month more expensive), and a lot of time and frustration and do NOT hire this company.

I hate going to the cable store. But my last visit was very good. Quick efficient service. I was in and out in under 3 minutes.

Just dropped off modem, channel changer, etc. we switched to Hargray for economic reasons. Service has always been excellent. Today's drop off was flawless! Polite, efficient service!

Anthony was our customer specialist at this location. A more knowledgeable, kind, courteous individual could not be found. He answered all our questions and concerns. He got our phones setup with Spectrum in a timely manner. Thank you..customer service like this is unheard of today!

The people working at this location today, Thursday, May 18th, 2023.... We're terrible!!! There was a man (?) and a woman (Cheryl) who could not get us out of the store fast enough. My wife and I walked in to buy a cellphone for our son and discuss a service issue. Even with the store empty they wanted nothing to do with us. Imagine how bad there service was that even with the free Spectrum Mobile being offered to us, we chose to go down the street and pay for a service plan at AT&T?!?! @spectrum needs to train their employees and have some standards for them to maintain!
