Brandon Stevens, the branch manager of this TD is absolutely unhelpful. I had an issue with an online order and was told by TD customer support to contact him. I did and he has not resolved anything, and admitted, contrary to what TD support said he could do.The issue is still not resolved and I'm ready to yank my money and go elsewhere.

After 30+ years with wells Fargo we switched to TD Bank and I am SO glad we did! Every single person at this branch is amazingly helpful and friendly! From Brandon's help getting us set up to Camile always smiling (even on busy Fridays), Island Pest Control made a great choice with TD Bank.

Horrible experience. Do not go to this bank for a mortgage. They have no idea what they are doing. Took over 60 days to close and still sat in attorneys office waiting for the proper paperwork for 2 hours.

Took staff member over 15 min to tell me she didn't know how to print out direct deposit authorization form. I asked another attendant politely whom was having a personal phone call if she could assist and she responded very rudely. Customer service skills are very poor at this TD location.

I lost my debit card while on vacation and realized it as I was headed home. I called TD and they told me to come by the office. They immediately canceled my card and printed me a new one on the spot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Camille and Brandon were both incredibly helpful, but the whole staff was great. Awesome experience!
