I would rate my experience 10 stars if I could give extra! I watched Shani for a few minutes while I was in line. She was kind, positive and truly a joy to everyone. Thank you Shani for spreading sunshine! Excellent customer service! What a Blessing!

Skip/Charles is doing passports! The worst person ever. I have met some awful people but he takes the cake. Rude, disrespectful, and down right unkind. I am sure there is a reason he is so unhappy but it’s a choice we all make daily. He makes a choice to make others feel the way he does. Terrible. Never going to this post office again. I am sure he will be happy.

UPDATE- I got my new passport in 2 weeks!! Have it in hand. I paid expedited and was told 4-6 weeks.!!! Insanely amazing.I live in Los Angeles and was visiting HH, needed a passport expedited and appts. in CA were weeks away. Made my appt. at this PO to save me time. I was waited on by Skip, I saw the reviews ahead of time (was a bit nervous). He was FANTASTIC! I had pre filled everything to on printed forms per gov’t website to make it easy (not accepted), he walked me through it and was super helpful. The experience was quick, straight forward and easy. Thank you Skip! You are absolutely not deserving of the feedback. Maybe you like the tough reputation- and don’t want to burst that for you. I thought you were awesome. Thank you!

I made an Passport appointment and was greeted by Skip, a Post Office attendant with the NASTIEST attitude, unwilling to help me in any way and guide me on my passport renewal. I hope Skip learns how to be kind to customers, perhaps he should retire. I will never walk into this post office again.

I wondered why the reviews were so negative as I never had a problem until I went to get my passport renewed. The woman representative who does passports is demeaning and unhelpful. It's unnecessary and unprofessional. Please find a different replacement or help her with her poor attitude, as she is a representative of the United States Postal Service, to have some dignity and pride.

The older male employee (I believe his name was Skip) that waited on me was rude! He acted completely put out to wait on me and when he had to give me change for my purchase he was even more so. If you are that unhappy with your job either move on or at least keep it to yourself!!

A complete waste of government money. Can anyone come up with a good reason we subsidize places like this that offer ZERO customer support other than a robot on a phone? I'd be willing to bet if you actually had to compete with other businesses instead of just sticking your hands out at the end of each year, you'd probably have a decent system. But no , I can't even call in to correct the address on a package you CLAIM is undeliverable because of an error in the address BECAUSE ALL I'M ALLOWED TO TALK TO IS A ROBOT.
