We started our service in January. They successfully picked up our trash for about 2 months. Since that time we have had to call them just about every week!Update: since the full conversion to the new owners we have had no problems and we are very satisfied with their service.

Haven't picked up the trash in two weeks! Everyday I called I was told they were coming. I finally just took it to the dump myself. I would not recommend this trash pick-up service!

I pay on time to make sure my trash is picked up and for the past 2 months they never come on time I have to take my own trash off. And this week they haven't even shown up at all everyone on my streets trash is overflowing and when you call all they ever say is oh I do apologize but never offer for any help or resolution
