The people that manage and work in this Ace Hardware store have undoubtedly worked in retail before. I say this because they understand "customer service". And as a former 30 year customer service specialist....I recognize outstanding customer care when I see it! Especially when it's me on the receiving end of that expert customer care! I hadn't really noticed or remembered that there was an Ace Hardware in my new hometown...until I went searching into every store in Honea Path, the week before Christmas(2023), looking for something that was proving hard to find during the holidays. Well, let it be known.....I went into every single retail, grocery, convience, and thrift store that was in Honea Path (even went to the car parts stores...just in case) and found my item (in abundance!!) at Ace Hardware of Honea Path ....I found my item, the best customer service in Honea Path, and a store I could shop in everyday for a year and find something new ...every single day! I love love love Ace Hardware!

Went in the store to buy an already discounted outside Christmas tree. ? At checkout , the manager Shawnna who was helping me said the item was half price. She was very helpful in finding the item and smiling from beginning to end . Will definitely shop there again!!

I called for c6 Christmas lights they said they had them,they did not, very inconvenient for me, they just had just said they didn't have them,I could have went to Lowe's, where I should have gone.
