Cvs has check in screens now but no customer care at least show how it works so customer service has fallen off now they act like customers be bothering them looks like AI and a robot is about to replace them AI and robots can count i would look forward to a conversation with a robot

The pharmacist and the wanna be technician are the rudest pharmacy I have EVER visited!!!!
I was a CVS manager for almost 10 years. NEVER have I been treated with so much disrespect and rudeness!!!
Both the ladies treated me as I was an ignorant resident of Honea Path.
I asked the Pharmacist what her district managers name and phone number was BUT SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME with that information!!
I'm a Christian and try to live my life with the knowledge that my Lord has instructed me. BUT....as I have aged into my late 60's, I know believe that I should do unto others as they do unto me. Very sad! But I will not be treated like I was tonight!!!
Asked the front store associate for the phone number to corporate and their District Manager. Waited over 10 minutes for her to research on her phone for that information. She said that the Store Manager was in the office, but he never came out to assist.
Feel sorry for him. He has no control of his store and respect from his staff!!!
His grooming habits are disgusting and looks like he slept in his clothes with the outfits he wears. Always complains about the company and the lack of interest they have for their stores!!!.
I challenge corporate to contact me!!! That's not going to happen!!!

I am very impressed every time I go in to this stores location. I would specifically like to call out Tyler and thank him for always being so helpful. I had an issue with my member card a while back and he went above and beyond to help me get it rectified. And while I don’t think he remembers me specifically, he always greets me with such a warm smile and welcoming attitude. There are not many younger kids in the customer service field that possess the care and attention has he does. He should be higher up in the company. Please take note…this one is definitely more than an asset!

Never had a bad experience with the pharmacy until today . This morning the lady at the window was extremely rude with a condescending tone towards me . Told me my medicine would be ready later , came back later and told me it still wasn’t ready… gave them 4 hours came back just for them to tell me VERY RUDELY that my medicine was at ANOTHER PHARMACY. . Never coming back here !!!!

Terrible place to get your medicine filled they never have anything you need in stock and they're rude, an they judge you on what you get precised an they won't work with you. Worst service ever

First of all, this is my preferred pharmacy. They have a good crew and great pharmacy area. The only problem I have with them is the front end of the store. They are not allowing an employee to run the cash register and are forcing people to use the self checkouts. I am one of those people who prefers not to use the self checkout. I will probably continue to go to this store, but I wish the owners would check with their customers to see what they prefer. I am not alone in my thinking. Thanks for listening.

Drove all the way to get my medicine and when we arrived they didn’t even have it. Literally asked if I wanted a different medicine. Drove to 3 different stores before I finally got my meds.
