Terrible place to get your medicine filled they never have anything you need in stock and they're rude, an they judge you on what you get precised an they won't work with you. Worst service ever

First of all, this is my preferred pharmacy. They have a good crew and great pharmacy area. The only problem I have with them is the front end of the store. They are not allowing an employee to run the cash register and are forcing people to use the self checkouts. I am one of those people who prefers not to use the self checkout. I will probably continue to go to this store, but I wish the owners would check with their customers to see what they prefer. I am not alone in my thinking. Thanks for listening.

Drove all the way to get my medicine and when we arrived they didn’t even have it. Literally asked if I wanted a different medicine. Drove to 3 different stores before I finally got my meds.

There's like 10 people working in Pharmacy and 1 on register so of course I had to wait 35 minutes to pick up prescription that was already ready smh

Lately I've had the opportunity of meeting some of the friendliest pharmacists and pharmacists techs at this Cvs. I really appreciate that.. it means alot when the service is nice and professional and cares about you...keep up the great work...

The prices for meds are crazy high. The smaller hometown pharmacies have better prices. There customer service is ok. But there always seems to be a problem with meds or refills and it takes forever to get anything done. I don't recommend these big chain pharmacies to anyone. I switched recently to Carolina Comm Pharm and it's so much better.

Only a couple staff the store has that been there and 2 others that are newly PER say one front store employee are what makes the store better and THIER nice hello and have a nice day to all costomesrs near or interact with they work as they seem to care about the company reason and goals for community .. Health wellness and they are just Realy carding people in good customer service to any and all visitors that come,to the store , I like it and I'm not the only one who thinks and knows that the community AKA town pepole believe the CVS need an great upgrade or new store and an neighbor store that is the same with great care in service that they are to me the top two best stores in the town and both should be highly concidard for new upgrade more products and lower prices on some select items and sales can help reach the town's economy grow by up to an 10% nearby store . thanx CVS for your few select employees on outstandy customer service they should be recconised

The time waiting on the phone is so frustrating. I drove from Cross Hill, SC to Ware Shoals and was on hold waiting to speak with the pharmacist the entire way. The reason i gave them 2 stars is because when they finally picked up, the lady was very nice.
