First day living in our new house in Honea Path. Needed to fill the refrigerator.
What a pleasant shopping experience. Clean store and kind associates.
So glad that we have our local supermarket to patronize.
Only regret, wish they had a fresh meat and seafood department like the locations in Greenville

Alot of stuff is outdated or just left out to spoil or melt before being placed in freezers or coolers. You have to be really careful of what you buy here.

This is one of the nicest Food Lions that I have visited. The store is well stocked. The prices are within the normal range for their stores.

Love Food Lion. Been shopping there since the 80's in other markets. I have found the Food Lion branded products to be as good if not better than the national brands. The Food Lion frozen restaurant style chicken strips that are dill flavored are my favorite. Close to the taste of Chick-fil-A.

Honea Path has to have a grocery store for those who can't travel far for their daily needs. My dislikes of Food Lion are that the produce does last fresh long. Name Brand Products are being replaced by Food Lion brand, which are not as good. In order to get mediocre meats, you have to pay a high price for which the average individual is not willing to pay due to how high the economy is. My husband & I have traveled outside of Honea Path in order to get a better "bang for our buck." Being on a fixed income, we have to shop smarter.

I really don't have anything to share. I know where everything is pretty much. I usually check myself out. People are friendly if you need something.
