Much quicker and better customer service and the clerk was very courteous and helpful. I'm not sure how this post office has a 2 Star rating. Then again I guess it depends on which clerk is working that location.

What is the point of having this Post Office??? They have lost 3 packages of mine over the year's, and NO ONE is ever there! A Post Office should be open from 9-5! Not 12pm! WTH is that all about? I was told they could see who scanned my package out for delivery, then told they never had it to scan out for delivery, but yet it was scanned out for delivery from Hopkins Post Office! So it was definitely stolen, as I'm sure the other 3 were as well! Nice shoes and Hats that I paid for and will never get! Piss poor customer service and it should be closed, since it's never open anyway!

I went to inquire where business mail is kept if unable to deliver during the pandemic, the middle aged lady at the front counter has the worse attitude I have ever dealt with as far as customer service. She over talks customers and her body language is horrible. I will never enter this post office again.

Depends on whose working in that location. Service is good at times but depends on whose working as the clerk.

I hope and pray that the older light skinned lady doesn't work there anymore. She seems to have an attitude when I come in. She comes out from the back then says hmm. It wasn't even one time she maybe is going through something.

They hold mail for a week before delivering all week's mail at once. Refuse to deliver governement issued certified mail. Refuse to deliver packages that do not fit in the mail box. Commit mail fraud by marking packages as being delivered to my front door, which have actually been held at the post office. Terrible hours of operation due to lazy workers. Require that I miss work to receive packages and further cause me to deal with FCR Title 23 unecessarily. Not only is the service poor, they provide no service what so ever. They do the bear minimum yet go out of their way to ensure that you are as inconvenienced as possible. Opening case after case does nothing. I have yet to receive any information back from the post master. I am assuming that this facility is fraudulantly pretending to be a post office.

To keep the records (up- to-date) they're open one (1) hour on Saturday 9am 10 am. And will give them credit for trying to deliver service even if sometimes a little short. I still appreciate shorter distance.

The Hopkins Post Office is a great place to visit. The customer service is really good. The staff is always pleasure. There are a few short comings with the building and location. Hopkins is in needs of a NEW building. The current one in very small & out of date. The location is far down Lower Richland Boulevard. It should be closer to 378/ 76 Hwy. But, Lower Richland Boulevard do have open land to rebuild near Food Lion store. There is only a small sign advertising this location. Leesburg Post Office is always overcrowded. Everyday people have to stand out in the lobby. This location is small. too. The nearest post office to Lower Richland is downtown. Lower Richland / Southeast area is growing rapidly . I believe this is poor planning on the postal service & Richland County Counseling . I do believe Richland County Counseling should that more interest in Lower Richland development. Less talk & more action.
