Constant issues with filling prescriptions and frequently errors with insurance makes this place just not worth it.

Rudest pharmacy ever. I needed to update my new insurance card for prescription, I hand him the car and he looks at me with the most disgusted look I’ve ever seen and says “what is this Medicaid, do you think that’s gonna cover it“ followed by him literally rolling his eyes. He Goes to the computer, not even long enough to type in a single number comes back up to me and says “I’ve got nothing for this you, that’s not gonna cover it.” This wasn’t any crazy medication, very common, and was clearly covered by my insurance. I asked how much it would be out-of-pocket, he said you probably can’t afford it. I felt like I was in a bad dream, I just started nervously laughing and left because I could not believe what was happening. FYI It wasn’t even Medicaid, but even if it was, that should never be an issue. As someone who was once on Medicaid when I was going through a difficult financial time, I was disgusted by his behavior. I refuse to give that pharmacy my business. It’s almost like they tried to hire the most incompetent, unfriendly, stuck up pharmacist in the country. I don’t know what his name is, but if your that miserable, you need to find a new profession.

Jacob G, Wanda & Laura are always very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I love this CVS at Indian Land and they make coming here a great experience.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A BUSY 12/19. I HAD A VERY LARGE CART AND THE CHECK OUT CASHIER DID PERFECT: PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND I HAD COUPONS AND HEALTHY BENEFITS CREDITS. I NEEDED HELP IN SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS AND EVERY EMPLOYEE TOOK ME THE PROPER AISLES. NURSE GEE

Went to the minute clinic on Monday the 18th and I believe her name was Ashley was amazing. I had a spider bite the day before and at 11 on Monday my arm had become inflamed and swollen. By 4:30 it was even worse and attempted to go to 3 urgent cares, called 5 more and no one would see me. As soon as I spoke to the nurse practitioner at Minute Clinic and showed her my arm, she made it a priority to squeeze me in. She was able to prescribe antibiotics and my arm was better in 2 days. Thank you for taking the time to see me! Would definitely recommend!

THE PHARMACY HERE IS THE WORST, WORST EMPLOYEES, i always had the worst experience every time i am here they are always complaining that they are understaffed and they make you wait for no reason, but today was too much, so i know that this happens with them every time and as i make my way to the pharmacy from my kids pediatrician i call them in advance to see if the prescription is ready they said it will be at 5:07 ok i go on car line around 5:15 the lady at the window said that the medication is not ready and it wont be in another 30-40 minutes, i got so frustrated and told her i called in advance she then said i have to make another round and the medication will be ready, i did when around the line again WITH 2 SICK KIDS ON THE BACK COUGHING, when i come to the window same thing the medicine is not ready, she tells me if i dont leave she will call the police on me how rude and incompetent of herI had to drive go inside wait another 30 minutes with sick kids until the medication was ready, my daughter was coughing and all the staff was looking at her and being rude to herThis is the worst experience i had with the pharmacy, arent they supposed to be all about helping peopleRUDE RUDE RUDEI wont be coming back i will have to transfer to another pharmacy so i wont have to deal with this anymore

CVS staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable of product location, and willing to provide hands on assistance to shoppers. I have never been greeted, assisted or held a conversation, where the representative was not wearing a smile. They treat their customers like extended family, and make you feel comfortable and welcomed while shopping.

This CVS pharmacy is awful!!!They need a complete new staff...do not tell me ya'll are having a bad, when my doctor calls in 3 prescriptions for my husband, who had just received his 1st round of chemo at 9:30 am. We get there at 5:45 and still had to wait 30 minutes, as we were told they were having a bad day!! What about the other 4 times I have gone to pick up prescriptions for my husband??? I use the CVS on Weiss Way, and have NEVER had a problem. Donna and Michael, know what they are doing, and care about customer service!I say FIRE the whole staff and start again!

The worst pharmacy experience! Waited in line 20 mins, presented my goodrx coupon. They said they have to refill it now that I have a coupon. Just apply the coupon! She said, no we have to refill it. Come back in 20 mins. I came back, waited in line again!... Then, with the same coupon, after she had to look at it and took down the number, you confirm the price and they tried to charge me double the price stating they can't get that price! No one there knows what they're doing. The customer service is awful. It took them an hour to give me a prescription and charge me double what they were supposed to. No point in calling it in a head. I guess I will be sure to let my doctor know not to use that location anymore

How many times I have gone there to pick up a prescription when they have stated it would be ready only to be told to come back later, they think everybody has all day to wait on them, terrible, I will be switching to a new pharmacy.

Try to get through on the phone and you wait over 20 minutes. Get a live person and they said your prescription never got to the store. 2 minutes later my wife get a text saying the prescription will be ready the next day.

Seriously disappointed in this store today. Pulled into drive thru at 115pm. Closed for lunch at 130 and I totally understand that. I was third in line and as I'm pulling up to window at 126pm the associate was looking at me as they closed the gate on the window 4 minutes early. I now have to make a second 30 minute round trip because they wouldn't wait until scheduled lunch time. Absolutely awful service!!!

CVS Pharmacy is fantastic! Always have my medical supplies in stock or can get it next day (unless there is a supply shortage which is not their fault/control).Always clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Went to the pharmacy had to wait for them to get back from lunch about 20 mins. Five people waiting including myself and all they are doing is swearing at each other using vulgar language in front of customers, it was very inappropriate. Isn't the first issue with this pharmacy. Considering using another pharmacy unless something changes.
