I was a bit pressed for time since I had planned to just run in and get a frame, not realizing the odd size. Abigail prioritized cutting my mat and framing my picture. She even called to tell me when it was ready. Abigail went out of her way in multiple ways to get my picture framed beautifully. I appreciate her kindness and outstanding service!”

“The self-checkouts here are a godsend. Those speed up the process SO much. Still, if a self-checkout isnt available, there always seems to be a staff member at the front ready to help.
This location is a bit short-staffed, which only impresses me more when the store is well-kempt and the lines keep moving. Kudos to those employees.

“I am by the store a few times a week, but haven’t ventured in there for a few years. My daughter was visiting, and wanted to frame some items, so we went to Hobby Lobby. The store had changed since I lady went there. The store now carries home products such as glassware, can openers, Tupperware, and more. It’s a huge store. Everything looked organized. My only complaint would be that there’s no shopping cart return in the parking lot. I did ask if they gave military discount, and was told no.”
