Came in today in need of an emergency oil and transmission fluid change on my vehicle before a long road trip tomorrow. Aaron and his team had me in and out within 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service and they were understanding of my situation. If you need a vehicle tune up or fluid change in a pinch I highly recommend using this place. 10/10

Had a nail in my tire day before a road trip the guys got me right in and patched up quick. Weston made sure all my other tires were good and did a quick rotation. In and out fast and efficient

Got a nail in my tire on the way home today but was luckily able to make it to this NTB location where I was told that it would be a simple patch. I was kindly informed that all workers were busy at the moment but would be free within 20 minutes to complete a quick patch. Only my second experience at this NTB, but i will continue to come back whenever service is needed.

Last night 12/14 a friend and I rolled into NTB with a spare on and a flat tire to repair. Aaron was AMAZING at helping us get back on the road! He was able to repair the flat, remount the tire, and explain our options for the future! Service was fantastic!!

New to the area. NTB came recommended by a co-worker as I was looking for a reputable place for oil change. Glad I listened to my co-worker. Staff was super friendly, besides oil change they were thorough, maybe too thorough in informing me of other needs my vehicle needs. But it was good they did, because I wasnt aware of half of what they shared with me. Will definitely be back to address the vehicle's other issues. Til next time!

I have been taking two of my cars here to NTB Indian Land for the past three years. Great location. Gabe does a great job managing this store. Always accommodating to make sure I can get my cars into the shop quickly and back on the road. Knowledgeable mechanic, professional and always provides excellent customer service.

Great service. Stopped by as I had a low tire; The GM and crew took care of me right away and examined the rest of the tires. I knew I needed new tires and they were able to replace all 4 in a timely and professional manner. This is my new go to place.
