Paid $15 bucks for right above the basic car wash. Then complained to the attendant about the car wash missing my hood and told the attendant. He said I could go through again, manager let me go through again and they even sprayed the hood as well. The car wash and the attendants missed the front the second time too. I noticed it didnt get the bird crap off the glass either but thankfully I can manually do that at the vacuum stations.
****I went home and manually cleaned the hood and took pictures to show how much your car wash machine was missing.

Sam’s Xpress is great but this location is horrible. If you don’t come on an off time you will be forced to wait in line for a vacuum. And if you come on a nice day you will have to wait in a long line to even get a car wash and you can forget getting a vacuum.
The car wash works fine, the vacuums work fine, and the employees are kind but there’s just way too many people that use this location. Do not go here

The top wheel was dragging across the top of my truck. I asked for a rewash because there were stripes going down the top of the truck. Because the top wheel wasn’t set correctly.when going back through I asked for them to spray the top well and no top wheel. But the top wheel went over my hood and top of cab not moving at all. If a customer notices something like this don’t you think it would be best to correct said issue so customer doesn’t have same experience going back through. And maybe stopping potential damage from occurring

Not good but only $10 for express wash. Not enough cleaning bottles or rags to clean the interior of your car. Not enough parking spaces either.
Staff does a horrible job in trying to keep the clean rags and bottle full

If you want mediocre, this is the best place for you. They never have towels, employees smoke cigarettes while you’re cleaning your car. Trash location. Do better.

5 teenagers standing around and 0 towels in the dispenser to wipe your car down. Leaving with a half wet and dirty car, not happy. I have 2 memberships here and for over a month, I dont remember ever having towels. I forgave a few times but everyone is standing around up front not doing their job! Unacceptable. I will be leaving for the new car wash 1 min up the street when its done being built. I should get a refund for getting half clean cars! Another thing, they dont have enough vacuum bays, 80% of the time I have to leave without vacuuming and wiping clean/dry.

Pay for a monthly service for none of the vacuums to work, trashcans overflowing, not providing directional signals when pulling into the car wash. This location is one of the worst in the surrounding area.

The carpet cleaning machine does not work, there are no glass cleaning sprays, only rags, one of the vacuum cleaners with the smaller nozzle does not work, and some of the brushes did not work when washing.

I have had a membership for a while. I used to go to Auto Bell, but it was expensive and they were not able to vacuum like I wanted it vacuumed anyway, so I would end up going back to Sams to do it myself . The membership uses your license plate and I was just in a wreck where they totaled my car . Austin helped me with an issue and he solved it within minutes and was very pleasant to work with.

Hello, I’m reaching out to the Sam’s Xpress team.
The tire shine system has been having issues — it barely applies product to the two right wheels, and the left side of the car doesn’t get any shine at all.
Also, most of the vacuums don’t have enough suction power to clean properly.
Another issue — the mirror covers often fall off during the wash, which puts side mirrors at risk of damage.
We kindly ask you to fix these problems as soon as possible.
