“This school and all of it's staff have been great. The owner truly cares about the kids and their wellbeing and the teachers have been so helpful in my son's adjustment to daycare. From the very first day they made him feel welcome and helped him get acclimated to a more structured environment. I had been concerned about the experience we had at a previous school and they heard my concerns and made me feel very comfortable from day 1. My son has had a terrific experience so far and is already learning so much. He has only been there for a few months but is so excited to go every day.”

“Cadence Academy along with Gloria, Ariel and teachers have been pivotal in providing outstanding care to our girls. They have learned so much during their time there and have had such loving teachers who truly care about their development and well being. We were always provided with regular updates and photos throughout the day and our girls were always coming home with art projects and fun stories about what they learned. they were so excited to share the happenings of their day and I was consistently impressed with what they were doing. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested they truly care about the children and their family”

“Our daughter has been going to TLE Waxhaw since just 2 months old, and we’ve had such a great experience with the entire team. We’ve loved every teacher: Ms. Letresia and Ms. Lisa in Infant A, Ms. Inna in Infant B, and Ms. Lauren in Toddler A have all been amazing. They’ve been so kind, warm, and truly care about the kids. You know your child is in good hands when you can still stop by the Infant rooms just to give hugs to previous teachers.

There are other teachers I haven’t gotten to know as closely since my husband and I alternate drop off and pick up, but we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone here. Every time we pull into the parking lot in the morning, all I can hear is clapping and giggling! That speaks volumes.

We’ve also seen how much they help with development—from first steps to reading, art, playing outside—you name it. And anytime we’ve had a question or small concern, they’ve listened and followed through in a way that makes you feel really supported as a parent.

“We are so fortunate to be able to enroll our son at FOD Baxter! We toured quite a few centers and were always indecisive until our tour at FOD Baxter. Ms. Christine at the front gave us a tour and reassured us our son would be in good hands. Her calm, gentle and nurturing ways carry across to the classrooms and she helped ease our son the first few weeks of daycare especially during nap time which was a hard transition for him to acclimate to.

Ms. Amanda and Ms. Kaylie have been amazing teachers and my husband and I always feel reassured when we leave our son at FOD. You know if the teachers have genuine love and care for children when your own kid cries to go back to daycare! Our son gets upset if he has to miss a day and is always so happy to go back.

Ms. Amanda has a great rapport with all the kids in her classroom and you can see how each of them gravitates to her. She's always doing fun activities for them during academic/learning enrichment time and provides updates throughout the day.

Our son Loves Ms. Amanda and is always so happy and excited to see her in the mornings. She has such a natural way with kiddos and it's easy to see why every kid loves her. Her kind and warm smile immediately puts a crying kid at ease.

Even though my son isn't in Ms. Kaylie's class anymore he still gets happy and excited to see her when they are all out for outdoor playtime and I know she gives such great attention, care and warmth to all the kiddos in her class. She gets in on the fun with the kids herself.”

“So very pleased with our recent move to OakCrest Ac. in Tega Cay. The staff are always friendly and helpful, children are happy at pick up and drop off. The school is run safely and have had 0 issues with accidents or safety concerns. My little one is provided a variety of meals throughout the day which helps her be exposed to different options. “This daycare has done wonderful things for my three year old. She began speaking more often and louder within a week of starting here. Her level of independence is skyrocketing. They spend individualized timing getting to know each student and tailoring curriculum to support areas of growth. In addition, they have video streaming so you can check in on your child throughout the day. Daycares in Charlotte are expensive, Kids R Kids offers competitive pricing and we feel like we get A LOT for it. We highly recommend this center!

“So grateful for our TLE teachers, teachers aids, and staff!!! My son started daycare in Nov and he has LOVED every minute of it. He literally smiles so big when he sees we’ve park at TLE in the mornings!!!As a parent, I was so stressed and anxious to find the right place for my son and I am so blessed to say we found it. Chef Robin said she wanted to make sure the kids were getting extra immune fighting ingredients, just like her mother used to do for them growing up. So sweet.EducationWith a background in education, Rachel was focused on making sure our son was prepared for kindergarten. In fact, he knew how to spell his first/last name better in preK and back tracked a bit in actual kindergarten! Rachel organized several partners to come in regularly - like music man, Spanish, or go fit kids - as well as guests - like local dentists, doctors, fire department, etc. They prioritized outdoor time, often having lessons on the playground. I love the “experiments” they created to support hands on learning - like “sink or float”.Last, it’s just fun. My son loved going to school every day. “While in the process of relocating, my mother performed tours at several daycares throughout Charlotte. The first thing she told me after her visit to Dogwood was, "Every other place is fine but Dogwood isn't just a great daycare, it's a school."
