They let me know they are out of the prescription that I needed at the end of the day when I can do nothing about it but said it would be ready the next day. I called today because I received a recording saying that it would be a few days before my prescription is ready. I will not make it a few days. I was left on hold for 30 minutes before I was hung up on at 1:15 p.m. they go to lunch at 1:30 p.m. how convenient

Walgreens located at 7686 Charlotte Hwy, Fort Mill, SC 29707 is a very good Pharmacy/store.Shelves are well stocked, and the Pharmacist was very helpful in filling a prescription that wasn’t in stock (he called other locations to help locate the stock). The store is well stocked, and the employees are friendly. Prices are clearly marked and there are many sales.It’s located across the street from the Harris Teeter in Indian Land, SCGreat chain!!Follow me - I get over 100,000 daily views here to my photos/reviews with over 35 Million total! Placed me on a very long hold that alternated between music for several minutes and ringing several times. After 20 minutes, they just hung up.

Horrible. 9/10 times you call the pharmacy you will be placed immediately on hold. That part is fine. The part that isn’t fine is that after 10 minutes of the bad music they put you on “ringing status.” It rings for 1-2 minutes. Then the call is disconnected. 9 out of 10 times.This happens to me at least 3 times per month.They just disconnect pharmacy calls when they don’t want to take them, after wasting your time on hold.

I asked the young lady at the cash register if they had any coupons and she was like what and I was like do you guys have any coupons and she goes I don't know and I was like l you do work here and you don't know if you guys have coupons . She said why would I know.... Back to CVSI go!

Make sure you go inside to pick up your prescription and open up the bottle in front of the pharmacist and count them before you leave! They lie and put a higher pill quantity and give you half of it and accuse you of being the liar. Yeah, check those cameras. Pharmacist who took my call was RUDE and accusing me of lying about a prescription I take before bed and only noticed then that the quantity count was wrong and only half of my prescription pills were there. I’ll file a police report if they can’t resolve this.

The staff is so friendly at this location. When I couldn't find something, they were willing to show me exactly where it was located. All stores should have employees like this willing to help and not just point me in the right direction!

What we have here is a failure to communicate. "It should be ready anytime this morning...it should be ready at 1130... Give us another 20min..." an easy call to tell us there was a delay or the reason for the delay and we could have answered all of the questions to get it processed in stead of driving there 4 or 5 times to pick up a $5 prescription. Step it up Walgreens...this is not the 20th century. We have entered the age of communication.

Transferred a prescription from CVS Indian Land ( see posted reviews to understand why) to this store. For 5 days I was told my insurance had not submitted authorization. I called my insurance and was told Walgreens had not made any attempt to get authorization as it was not necessary because I was already approved and had been on the medication for a year. Unprofessional and apparently untruthful to boot.

The owner of this establishment needs to take action if I can give it a minus tension I would waiting one hour and 10 minutes online for covid test 1 car in front of me 25 minutes on the phone trying to get in touch with them finally someone answers the phone and says the girl came in late who's doing this test it's gonna be another 15 minutes needless to say I'm here 20 more minutes To no Avail no one is out this place thinks will not use it again

Never using this location again!!! This place had me wait 40 minutes past appoint time for a COVID booster. And they helped the person after me. Then were all trying to ignore my questions or why.I had an appointment at 10:45. Arrived at 10:42 with 5 folks waiting before me. Waiting patiently I watched all before receive service. Then they called the person who came in 30 mins after me!!! Why??? No explanation just a sorry and eye roll. Pharmacist ignored me and refused to give me the regional manager info!!! Walgreen REPLACE management here.Folks go to another Walgreens!!! Safe yourself time and aggregation.

Friendly and hard working workers in the pharmacy, they have so much to do and they are doing their very best to do testing s, vaccines, and all there normal pharmaceutical duties. Patience is a virtue. They are always Kind and do their very best to help you even if it takes a little while for them to get you. They always apologize for the wait and make sure your needs are met! Wonderful pharamacy!
