Every time I interact with the pharmacy department, I’m met with consistently poor customer service. I always approach the staff with respect, but they treat me like a nuisance—responding with attitude as though my questions are an inconvenience. It’s both frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way in a place where professionalism and compassion should be the norm. If dealing with customers is such a burden, perhaps it’s time to reconsider working in a customer-facing role. Patience and kindness goes a long way.

Ok first of all I’ve had a lot of bad experiences here but tonight takes the cake. The RPH Hayley m. Harris tried to tell my that my husband medicine was not covered by his insurance until march 1 due to it’s supposed to be a 30day supply. The insurance company said they would cover it but the pharmacy had put the prescription down as a 75 day supply but the medication only lasts 18 days for each 2.5ml bottle. With 3 bottles that’s only 54days not 75. But we have always only got 1 bottle every time I picked up his medicine. He’s been on this medication for over a year or two so I know how this medication is supposed to be. Every month there is new people here and they don’t care about anybody but themselves. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever used. I hope corporate gets something done because they need help and a lot of training on how to treat people.

Takes forever to get meds. The lines are always huge and the people are usually very rude. My dad went to get his meds an hour ago and he's still there waiting on them... He called to check in because he's 76... Elderly and disabled people should have their own line and not have to stand there. we may just move over to the local drug store

Slow people work at Pharmacy. I got 8 people ahead of me only one cashier working I have been standing in line for the last 30 min. Employee work here are so rude

I recently had the worst experience ever at the CVS pharmacy on Asheville Highway in Inman, South Carolina]. First, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I approached the counter, the pharmacist barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed by my questions.
To make matters worse, my prescription, which was supposed to be ready for pick-up, was nowhere to be found. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes, only to be told that they had run out of the medication and didn't bother to inform me beforehand. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this CVS pharmacy and would advise others to avoid it if possible.

Trashy personnel, please be careful who you allow to represent your company. I even felt disgusted walking through the doors. And for Christ sake, clean those nasty filthy doors you have customers entering into!

In other news, I go to this pharmacy out of convenience; the pharmacy is maybe 3 stars and the rest of the store and staff are 1 star, so I gave it a 2 star. I hope they see this and fix their phones!

The pharmacy staff is great. The problem with this pharmacy is the customers. Never in my life have I seen so many redneck morons. I’m quite certain that most of the people in Inman are products of incest. They are all too stupid to be trying to use a pharmacy. Just read how poorly written most of these reviews are. That tells you everything you need to know about how uneducated these people are. The world would be better off without the trashy people of Inman.

I don't understand why I am seeing any negative reviews of this CVS location! Most sound personal. I have never had a problem at this pharmacy, and in fact they have helped me bypass severe drug interactions more than once. The pharmacist Megan has always been very helpful with me, and my medications change a lot due to my rheumatoid arthritis. She always takes the time to assist me with great information about my meds and their interactions. If she doesn't have time she will ask if she can call me back, and it is always the same day within an hour. I understand that I am NOT the only customer, which seems to be the problem of some of the people who wrote the reviews that I have read. Megan is the best pharmacist that I have ever had and when she can't talk to me at a certain time Jazmine always steps up to help me! Great job Ladies and keep up the great work!! The entire team at this location are 5 star!
