We do not know what has happened to FedEx but the service is awful now. Never know where our packages will be..A package was left out in the rain..we used to have great service. Left them on our porch beside door. We must have new lazy people. That could care less how they handle our stuff. The porch is just a few feet away. Wish Wal-Mart would use someone else.
