Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. Called yesterday to confirm and after taking the day off to get my windows done, I Showed up and no one is there. I called and he said “ oh , I don’t have you down until next week.” How does this happen after calling to confirm? Thanks for letting me miss a day of work for nothing.
