Lexie in the pharmacy needs a bonus just for wonderful customer service over the phone today! She was so patient and kind not once did I feel rushed when I asked numerous questions trying to solve my refills that had issues due to my lack of insurance she even offered discounts that the Walgreens offered. You don't get this kind of customer service now days but she is definitely an example of true customer service. I'm sure her family is blessed to have her and Walgreens family should appreciate some one like her. Thanks

The Wicked Witch of Walgreens will watch you wait !!!! Mua ha ha ha !The older lady with chin length, black bob haircut , needs a reality "check up from the neck up " for her power tripping megalomaniac personality , and please , someone let her know , she can talk through glass without a mask . Avoid this location or any interactions with drive through if possible . Will leave a second review with suggestions for the upper level management or franchise owners.

Don’t buy the scarlet master card it’s a scam you’ll have to pay cash for that card and you cannot use it until you give them your Social Security number and they got a run a credit check and you’re gonna have to pay an extra $7.95 to use it they don’t tell you that there’s no refund at checkout and they don’t tell you that you got to go through this whole ordeal at checkout and don’t waste your time and go talk to any assistant manager there because she just doesn’t care

This is a great Pharmacy because of Todd. He always goes the extra mile with his patients. I have seen people confused about their medicine/insurance/prescription, etc. and he always tries to help meet their needs. There was an older guy apparently going for a colonoscopy. He appeared to be confused with the prep kit and instructions. Todd came from behind the counter, went to a shelf and got the Powerade (?). Then he sat down beside the gentlemen and explained everything to him. ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. Some pharmacist seem to be above answering phones or checking someone out. Not Todd, he is the greatest !!!

Most bad reviews are based on the pharmacy and I agree, improvement is definitely needed. They are almost impossible to get on the phone but when you go in, you see why, it rings nonstop. In store though 85% of the staff is very helpful(no retail store out there is without at least one person who seems inconvenienced by your existence!) Both pharmacists that I have met are very helpful and will take the time to speak with every customer (another reason they're so hard to get on the phone). Overall a good place, just in need of some help and/or improved process for the pharmacy.Lastly, if you're one of the people spending 20 minutes complaining about the phones or blaming the pharmacy for your insurance not paying what you thought, you're part of their phone problem!

Pharmacy does not answer the phone. Be sure to take a meal, a book to read, and a few crochet items to complete if you're going through the drive through. You'll have time to make at least a pot holder for evert car that's in front of you when you arrive. Prescriptions are never ready on time based on what the app says, and the staff takes their time to do things based on their own agenda, not based on customer needs. My Doctor has had to send prescription orders 2-3 times in order for the staff to "receive them" as well.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! We just recently moved down here. We have used this pharmacy for 4 months. And each time we had a prescription ready, we would get the text that it's been filled, go to pick it up and they have no idea what I'm talking about or where the Rx is. We have had refills left and when we try to refill them they say the Dr needs to write another Rx. WE had to take the pill bottle down there to show them that wrestill have refills due. This pharmacy had been nothing short of a nightmare.

They don't answer their phone in the pharmacy. It's at least 20 minutes on hold. Prescription was sent, nothing from them.

Prescription was sent out on Monday and I had to call them back on Wednesday due to no response from them. After 25 minutes hold, they told me that they don’t contract with my insurance company.I will never use them ever!

This is the worst Walgreens. They are so slow and have the worst service. I’m switching locations and won’t ever be back. I suggest you don’t try this location.

I would give No stars if possible, I'm on regular monthly medication and Walgreens can't even keep it in. They've let me go 6 days without my medication and they don't care. Their answer was try and go to another Walgreens only problem is my RX is non transferable and the doctors office doesn't like to call in RX to different pharmacy. Bad management!

I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes with pharmacy before hanging up to call customer service. The manager shared they were going to go back and make sure someone answered the phone. I was then on hold for another 10 minutes before hanging up and calling customer service back again. This time I got through to the pharmacy, got the prescription filled, and the pharmacist hung up instead of asking if there was anything else or saying goodbye.Look, I get it, they said they were understaffed and overwhelmed and I believe that. But had someone had answered the phone once, during the first hour and 20 minutes to say that they were busy or suggest a different time to call, it would have made a huge difference.All my other experiences with this walgreens have been uneventful, but after this I am questioning going back.

The pharmacy is extremely slow and the workers including the pharmacist is very rude. Never experienced such horrible service at a Walgreens. Rather drive 30 mins out of my way to the Greer or Duncan Walgreens. They ignore the phone ringing and customers right in front of them. Eye rolls and harsh talking. This has happened several times to not only me but to others I know that live in the area. Something needs to be fixed.
