Truist has made adjustments to its services to ensure the health and safety of clients and teammates, with teller services available through drive-thru lanes only and in-person visits by appointment. Some branches without drive-thru lanes remain open with enhanced sanitization. Since the merger, customers have noticed significant improvements, especially praising the new branch manager for excellent customer service. Overall, clients feel that the bank is much better post-merger.
