Disgusting service. Arrived at 3:48pm for fingerprinting and was told they shut there machines down. I indicated the Federal website stated these services were available until 4:30pm. The clerk was extremely and rude and made that I the customer was there to have this service as if I was the incompetent one.

They returned an international package back right away, they didn't even hold it at the office for a couple days, usually they hold at the office packages that they can't deliver but here they just returned the same day back.

i’ve had problems with our mail man for a couple of weeks now. it started when he PEPPER SPRAYED my dog when she was in MY yard just jumping on the fence barking like most dogs do, he walked right to the fence not even to the mail box and started to spray her, no he did not get fired and yes he’s still on our route and yes they seen video proof of him doing it. now my mail isn’t getting delivered even when i keep my dogs in between 1pm-5pm. i have ordered stuff for my baby shower that i need and he didn’t deliver it and took it back to the post office and when we went to go get it he took it back on route with him again just to not deliver it, we went twice to get it for it to not be there. i work a full time job and don’t get off until the post office is closed so i can’t keep going to try and get my mail when i shouldn’t have too anyway he should be doing the job he’s getting paid to do!! i have talked to multiple people about my issues and it isn’t get resolved at all.

They listed my house as vacant even though we are still picking up the mail and stopping by while it’s up for sale. I tried calling the post office but you can’t get through to actual person because their system is useless

Really makes me upset when I get the email of the mail I'm supposed to get the day of and then I don't receive said mail that day. Why even scan it to be delivered if it's not going to be delivered? Whoever is sorting the mail needs to get it together because some of us would like to receive the mail that were supposed to receive.

We are once again not receiving documents, important letters. very bad service! why such an irresponsible attitude to important letters? Who will answer?!A year ago, we lived in Spartanburg and our mail never got lost!... So it's the human factor of this particular post office.

The person who delivers a mail keeps putting my neighbor’s shipment into my mailbox, because it doesn’t fit in my neighbor’s mailbox. This delivery mail person is too lazy to bring it to my neighbor’s porch. So, I keep receiving it… how convenient for the lazy mailman/ woman…I just don’t understand… if you don’t like your job, just leave it. Let someone, who will perform this dutieswith respect to others to have this job.There are many people who would be glad to do a good service…

Had a package from Amazon that the driver said was unable to fit in the mailbox but any other Amazon packages are left on the back porch. I filled out the slip instructing them to put the package in the back porch. They never came to my mailbox today the notice is still in there. Lazy worthless government people.
