Upgraded my phone. I am now in the 4th hour trying to get phone activated. Never had this much trouble before. If I ever neef to upgrade again, I will change carriers. That it is taking this long is absurd.

Horrible experience. The guy who works there was blatantly racist and completely unprofessional. His behavior was discriminatory and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. No one deserves to be treated like that. He should absolutely be fired — there’s no excuse for racism, especially in a place of business. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and should never be tolerated.

Every time I’ve been in this store has been a nightmare! Went in today with a tech problem the girl wasted no time in dismissing me!! Telling me she’d never seen this before that I needed to go to Greenville to the Apple Store at Haywood Mall.
I came home called Verizon Tech Support,
they were able to help and were very nice. They called Apple Support and talked my husband through the steps to fix the problem. They even did a courtesy call to be sure the problem was resolved!
Inman needs to get knowledgeable, courteous people that don’t dismiss customers. I’ll go elsewhere from now on 😡

My associate that helped me today was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and was able to help two customers at the same time. I am very pleased!

lady working there in the afternoon is clueless, her answers to questions are “I don’t know” and says “you have to do your homework before coming in here” (four times in the span of approximately 15 min). Was absolutely no help and got very impatient and had a nasty attitude because I wasn’t interested in buying a new phone and I asked questions. It’s unbelievable that she expects a customer to be a expert in everything Verizon. Isn’t a Verizon employee supposed to be there to assist customers and answer questions they may have? Absolutely pathetic hire and terrible representation for Verizon. Ruined my entire day. Hopefully Verizon will put her through some sort of training or just fire her.
She also lied about questions I had about prepaid saying there is no grace period if a payment is late and that my phone number would be lost forever, this is not true info. I had to go to hwy 9 location to speak to someone helpful.

I called to see if the Inman, SC Verizon store had a battery for my Verizon Kazuna KAZ - F119 flip phone. They did not!!! What kind of service is this??? Now I have to order the battery from Amazon and wait two weeks for it.
