Poor customer service! While picking up an online order that stated all that was needed was an ID or use the scan code in the app at this location didn’t work is when 0 customer service was given. I was quickly told that this location is not a corporate store and I would need to call the support line to get further assistance with getting a code to verify the order. Entire order was paid for online taxes included and I was told I still needed to pay the sales tax. After showing the associate my online receipt showing everything was paid in full, I got the same response again “we are not a corporate store you need to call support line”. Clearly this woman should not be in a customer service type position if she can’t even attempt to do anything on her side to help a customer. This associate and location is a poor reflection on a company I’ve been doing business with for almost 20 years. Get it together!

I would recommend the Verizon store in Inman, SC to anyone. Brandon the store manager done a excellent job helping my family start a new device plan with Verizon. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our new phone and the service. Even though the store closed at 7:00 pm he made sure to stay past 9:00 pm to ensure that everything transferred from our old device to the new device. We will definitely be back in the future.

The lady was really rude told me it would cost me $20 a line to look at my phone! And was talking bad about us to another customer when we were walking out.

Walked in this morning to pick a charging cord for my Android phone. The lady that waited on me was very pushy and would not "hear me that I only wanted a new cord. I handed her my cel, so she could match up a chord. And then, without my permission, she started to log into my account. She asked me for my PIN and I did not give it to her. Apparently she requested an access code from my cell phone and logged into my account. I repeated a number of times I just wanted a cord. She plugged my phone into some charger to "check" it. I told her the phone was fine as I had just gotten a new battery and she proceed to tell me about the pocket charger she had my phone plugged into. I told her I just wanted the charging cord. She went and picked out a cord and when I asked her how much it was, she said basically $40.00. I told her that was ridiculous. She told me the cheaper cords don't last and I replied neither do the expensive ones. She then told me the cords was $29.95, and I Said FORGET it that I just wanted a simple cord. She then brings out this device that "is more expensive" , but all I had to do wax set my phone on it to charge because the device was cordless. I repeated for what seemed like the 100th time that all I wanted was a simple cord and asked for my phone back and left. When I got home I had a text meesage from Verizon informing me of my "access code" and if I wasn't the one to request it to let them know. When I ask for something very specific, that is what I want. Furthermore, I do not appreciate them accessing my account and information without my permission. These people are not to be trusted.
