Stopped in without calling with a random problem: a DRAGGING cover for the undercarriage of my car. Two hours of highway driving from home. These guys pulled it in and fixed it in 10 minutes...and no charge! DON'T expect 'no charge' for work here - but clearly DO expect attention to your problem and prompt quality work with SERIOUS attention to CUSTOMER CARE and SERVICE. Thanks again - you're lifesavers!

Absolute phenomenal service from a locally owned business who does what they say they're going to do! The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, and worry-free. It's a great feeling to know your vehicle is going to be taken care of after the horrible experience of a collision.

Great service, a little pricey but do put out a good finish. Extremely backed up.Have had an audi worked in there, ordered parts for my trailblazer ss, received quotes for silverado Z71 and a VW Atlas and Jetta. I have had plenty of work there.

The is by far the best body shop in South Carolina. Travis, Morgan and Thomas are amazing. Their customer service is top notch. Travis and his team took on a difficult body repair on my Camaro and it came out awesome. Every time I came to the shop Travis took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me and explain the process. Morgan was great on answering my calls and Thomas was awesome with his skills repairing the car along with Travis. Everywhere I go in my car I get compliments on the quality of the body work and paint. If you want your vehicle repaired right then you need to go to the best and that’s Ace Auto especially if you have a classic car.Services: Body & Trim

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service. Travis is a perfectionist and will not be satisfied with anything but the best parts, paint, and body work. Morgan is amazing with scheduling and working with insurance. This is an outstanding body shop, well run, and very customer service oriented. Their work is the best. P.S. My wife is very demanding, very hard to satisfy, and it was her car that needed repair; she absolutely loves this shop and gives it the highest recommendation.

My wife's 2011 Lexus RX350 had damage on the front bumper. Travis(owner) did an excellent job in the repair & bascially looked better than before we had the accident. Travis/team worked seamless with our insurance company & did a great job.Before you go to one of the national chains (Caliber/Gerber) auto repair chains where I have experienced processing you quickly, I would highly recommend Travis there at Ace Auto Refinishing.BEST in Columbia .......
