Just made a switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. T-Mobile has definitely gone down in customer service and I would not recommend them again. So pleased with AT&T so far in both price and customer service. Rebecca the store manager on Dutch Fork road is outstanding! Great service and very knowledgeable!

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received! On Wednesday I was told by their employee that if I got the screen on my iPhone repaired they would give me $850 as my trade in. On Friday I brought in the repaired phone, and they would only give me $125. The manager told me that the employee gave me false information and there was nothing they could do about it. So I spent $120 getting my phone screen repaired and they only gave me $125 as my trade in. The WORST experience I’ve ever had!

Do not get AT&T service. Their customer service on the ohone is terrible. They even put you through a telemarketer just to talk to some about your account. They add fees upon fees. The bill is never what they tell you it will be. All of the "credits" you may or may not get. Their app and phone system for service is just awful.

Brandon went above and beyond. After an attitude at another AT&T location, I was ready to cut my mobile, internet, and tv services and move on to another company. Brandon helped me get rid of the obsolete, overpriced U-VERSE service and convinced me to give AT&T another chance. He then suggested the direct tv streaming service. He saved me $140 a month. And more importantly for AT&T, he retained the un-retainable and kept around $200 a month flowing to them and not a competitor. I will be returning to this location to see Brandon for all my future needs including a soon needed phone upgrade.

Showed up when they are supposed to be open and not a soul in sight in the building, and door is locked. How can a business even make any business if they don't even open at the scheduled time that's on the door?

In January, I moved my cell phone and internet service to ATT. I heard great things about ATT and was ready for a switch from a different carrier. However, in May, I had to place a service call for the company to come and bury the internet line. Keep in mind this was SUPPOSE to be done within 18 days of installation. Not only did it take 5 months to FINALLY get the line buried, but they tried to charge me a $99 service fee to complete the job that was SUPPOSE to be done the first time. When I called the customer service line, Myesha would not remove the service charge. I do not feel like I should have to pay for a job that wasn't completed the first time. Unfortunately, this did result in me canceling my service immediately, and I am debating on canceling my phone service as well.

Great customer service and customer care! ? Employee knew what was needed and knew about how handling problems. On our end as customers and his as being the seller. Ended up making a deal in the end without any problems! Having to change ratings because of some kind of mistakes that happened on scheduled ? installation date! No show on original day of scheduled day! Found out that it had been moved to 2 days later, somehow!?!? And then found out that-that day has also was canceled ? in somewhat way!?!? I could not get another day scheduled for a little bit over a week later!!!! Was really looking forward to working and gaming online this week and next, but still on hold for the 3rd time!!!! What is this company doing!?!? ? I guess I know why now I have not had internet since dial-up ?!!!! Maybe I should have just stayed were I was and said the hell with it!!!! Not sure if I would recommend this ?!!!! Haven't had that much of a great aftershock!!!!

Great customer service the best I've ever had at any AT&T store. Answered all my 100 questions. Understood the bill payment for the first time and discounts. All around awesome experience. Young lady was nice and very helpful. Thanks for all your help.
