I had the best experience going through the drive through to pick up medication. The gentleman was so kind. He didn’t rush me through. He was polite and offered information that I needed. He helped me with finding the best cost for my medication. Best experience. It’s hard to find a friendly person at a checkout anymore.

The pharmacy tech that handle my prescription pick up through the drive-thru today was awesome. She was very efficient very friendly and kept the line moving.

In short, I have to say the CVS on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo, SC has a great group of people working there. Always a really positive experience - they are all knowledgeable about what they do and are always pleasant. I would recommend this location to everyone.

The CVS Pharmacy Staff and Front Store staff are very helpful and extremely efficient. This is a busy pharmacy and I see a lot of Patrons get upset at the staff, the patrons need to understand that it’s not the staff that holds up the lines, honestly 99% of the time it’s the Patrons. Marisa the other Pharmacists are always smiling and is always asking me if I have any questions about my medication.

Inconsistent billing practice. varying prices same drug between my wife and I, same insurance and same week Uneducated pharmacist on secure prescription forms kicked back as invalid. Unwilling to follow up with Dr. I do the follow up now to be told out of stock. Done with CVS.

CVS has always been a Go To place. Whether it's asking questions, warning me of interactions with other Rx's or just a friendly smile, CVS is always there.

Poor customer service! If you try to call them, you listen to an inane auto-bot. It gives useless info. Then out of the blue it says they can't help you at this time, thanks you and hangs up.

I didn't know if it has anything to do with CVS in general but it maybe a shortage in the medical my son needed but I been waiting a week in a half for his med. But all over the staff are great people and are understanding with us being upset when you have sick people to deal with ...I guess it's like that at other pharmacy also sorry if I'm complaining but something need to be done people are sick and NEED their meds ! ASAP ?

Heather at the pharmacy window was a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond getting some medicine in the store for me do to being sick. She has excellent customer service and CVS is lucky to have her. Thank you for the excellent service. It is greatly appreciated!
