Don't print your photos here, there's an ink quality issue that they blame on the customer. I uploaded two rather large JPEGs for printing and they turned out AWFUL. Started to pay for them without looking at them, but the manager suggested I do so. When I realized how poor the quality print was despite my efforts to produce a high quality print, I didn't want them. The manager didn't remove them, instead he haggled me and smugly asked if I had the file with me. I responded that I didn't bring my laptop. I finally tapped to pay just to end the horrible experience - the photo was only 97 cents - but he STILL kept talking about what I "needed to do next time" and "to bring the file back so he can help." No sir, the problem is the printer and the correction is using another printer at another pharmacy. I can't STAND customer experiences like this, and the reviews look like it's time for new management. I have zero tolerance for haggling with or overcorrecting customers.

Tyler the pharmacy manager is the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever seen. The way he speaks to people and goes beyond to make things difficult for you..He should not be in a management position.

The pharmacy drive thru sucks I gave it one star because that’s the lowest you can go , they are under staffed and you wait at the drive thru aloooooooooooong time ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS to the manager you can do better !

No big bag, face not covered, and was holding all the items I wanted to purchase in my hand but was still enough to be followed around the store. As a former assistant manager from a retail store, it was obvious. Maybe I'll ask for help next time. Thanks for the discount from my rewards, i guess.. also not a well kept bathroom maybe that needs to be worked on instead of following innocent people all so obviously

My favorite CVS 2024,
we try to buy eclipse glasses and thought CVS has them. As we arrived they didn't have any.
A young lady from the pharmacy was at the front door looking up and letting us borrow her glasses so me and my wife could witness this rare moment,
she made this eclipse special ?

I couldn't recommend this pharmacy even if they paid you to come to them. Slow service, under-employed & RUDE pharmacists. System is running on 90s RAM chips. Picking up and putting in prescriptions is done on 2 separate computers so you might end up waiting extra. The drive thru is always backed up, expect a 10min+ wait if there's even 1 car ahead of you.

I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, FOR COMPANIES, B/C AS SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN SALES OVER 25 YEARS, I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS...HOWEVER, I CANNOT ALLOW INCOMPETENCE AND RUDENESS TO SLIDE. MY INSURANCE COVERS RX, CVS CHARGED ME FOR THE RX AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ASK WHY I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LEAVE A GIFT CARD WITH THE AMOUNT, SINCE THE INITIALLY BILLED IT TO THE WRONG INSURANCE CO....I GO TONIGHT AND TYLER (THE MOST UNPLEASANT AND RUDE PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A PHARMACY} SAYS "YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, WE MADE THAT MISTAKE TWO WEEKS AGO..." AND I HAD A COUPON FOR JARDIANCE THAT ALL ONE HAS TO DO IS SHOW TO THE CASHIER AND IT WILL DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE, THE CASHIER AT THE TIME DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO ENTER THE COUPON, SO I WAS CHARGED THE REGULAR AMOUNT. I GO IN THE STORE TONIGHT TO ADDRESS THIS AS WELL AND WAS TOLD THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN HACKED AND THEY CAN'T HONOUR THE COUPON NOR DO THEY KNOW WHEN THE SYSTEM WILL BE REPAIRED SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. TYLER WAS RUDE AND DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL TO RECTIFY THE INEPTNESS OF THE PHARMACY STAFF. THIS EXPERIENCE REMINDED ME AS TO WHY I CEASED USING CVS YEARS AGO AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. AND IF TYLER IS INDEED THE MANAGER HE NEED EXTENSIVE TRAINING IN "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND "PROFESSIONAL PRESENCE." I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO EVERY SUPERIOR CVS HAS TO HAS THIS MATTERED RESOLVED. I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE WHO WAS SO UNINTERESTED IN ASSISTING A CUSTOMER, HE DOESN'T NEED THAT JOB.

I went into the store tonight around 9:30. The pharmacy was slammed with a long line & two people working. I was looking for something specific due to a recent medical change & I was having trouble finding it. I stood in line with what I thought was the correct medicine & when I got to the counter to check out, I asked the woman if this was something I would be ok to take. She took the time to walk back & ask the pharmacist, Mr. McRae, & he came out from the back to walk the isles with me & get me on the right medicine. They could’ve easily brushed me off with how busy they were, but they didn’t. I wish I could remember the woman’s name, but unfortunately forgot. Thanks so much to the two of you for going out of your way to assist me. ??♥️

If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! This is probably the worst pharmacy in South Carolina. Definitely the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to anywhere. I personally switched my prescriptions to the locally owned pharmacy across the street from this one a LONG time ago, but I was just here with my best friend picking up her medication and the experience was just as terrible as i remember!!! We pulled up to the window as the only people in line at 7:20, were immediately greeted with an automated message on the speaker saying that they'd be right with us, well 7:37 rolls around and we STILL had not spoken to nor seen a single pharmacist inside the window. We finally get so fed up after 20+ minutes of waiting at the window for help, that we pull out and she decided to go in to get her prescription, only to see behind the counter a women FINALLY at the window helping the car that was behind us!!!! This CVS pharmacy location brings nothing but frustration and unprofessionalism!!!!!!!!
