90 percent time I've had good service but last time issue with cashier my card was charged but cashier said it didn't go through now I'm going to have to fight for it

Was completely misdiagnosed at the Minute Clinic here. Two days later saw an MD and got correctly diagnosed and medication. If nothing else, go to urgent care, not this minute clinic in Irmo!!

The young lady that waited on me at the window today was AS ALWAYS very unfriendly. Every time I come by and she is at the drive thru, she never smile, greet, nor says thank you!!! Never!! This is so disappointing considering my longevity with this pharmacy! 1008 Lake Murray Blvd.

You cannot schedule the Minute Clinic online keep getting oops message! They open at 8:30 you go in fill out the info at the kiosk and their first appointment is not until 9:30. Meanwhile one of the health care workers is visiting with another employee for 10 minutes the other one is reading a book!!! I asked how the scheduling works and she said "your appointment is not until 9:30 ... So..." Never go there very unprofessional!

This place is a mess. You can arrive an hour after your prescription is supposed to be ready and still get asked to wait 20 more minutes. They're regularly out of medications and will wait a week to call your doctor for a substitution for something like an antibiotic, which clearly you can't wait a week for. Per the pharmacist corporate won't give them enough hours to staff the pharmacy properly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until corporate wakes up and I suggest you do the same.

The pharmacy technician has repeatedly lied to me about the availability of my medication. Other locations have much better staff. Avoid at all costs.

Went to the Medic Clinic to have my TB shot read. The NP Tiffany Myers on call that day spent an ungodly amount of time reading the results of a TB shot on my arm. After using a ruler and rubbing my arm a few times, she determined it was a POSITIVE read and gave me a few scry instructions to pursue thereafter, i.e. chest x-ray, etc.Because she had a very nasty attitude and temperament prior to this examination/read, I questioned her professionalism and as soon as I left the building went straight to Lexington Urgent Care the next day where Dr. Powell with no hesitation determined it was actually a NEGATIVE test result and continued to give reason and examples of his diagnosis. I obviously, called Headquarters and reported her lack of knowledge, unprofessionalism, horrible bedside manner, and to make sure the cost of this situation, didn't come out of MY purse and to make sure she went through more training. This is possibly the easiest exam a medical professional exam/test that could be given - and she failed it. With that said, I would not get the injection either as my arm still bears an ugly bruise which would typically disappear in 48 hours, and here we are 2 weeks later and it remains.If an exam means A LOT and is very important to you - DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDI CLINIC unless you are out of time or the results wont possibly cost you your job.

Will be transferring all my family's business from here to elsewhere! Tonight took the cake! Now CVS is putting random people without proper training on the drive through area. The boy had to go back and forth 10 times to get help when the answers are right on the computer! I'm completely done with CVS especially when the boy says they don't fill birth control there!!!! Ahhhh! The Idiocracy!

I just had a terrible interaction via phone with a pharmacist here. My prescriptions were being routed there by accident ( I live 100 miles away!) and when I spoke to the pharmacist she told me to speak to my doctor. I had. The doctor tod me to call them. The woman kept telling me that I was in the wrong and to talk to my doctor. The third time of asking the woman basically told me to quit wasting her time. I finally just had her cancel the prescriptions. That was a waste of twenty minutes...and it was both poor form and terrible service as well as rude.

The pharmacy is always kind of busy, but Asia in the pharmacy department is such a big help and very patient. I gave them 5 stars just because of how nice and helpful Asia was.
