This Goodwill location offers a large and diverse selection of items, including clothing, furniture, decor, and accessories, often at great prices. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the good customer service, especially from employees like AJ, who was kind and helpful even close to closing time, and Laneice, who always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond, such as bagging items when someone forgets their wallet. The store also offers a senior discount on Tuesdays. However, some find the prices to be higher compared to other locations, like Lexington. There was also some disappointment about jewelry mystery bags, as staff mentioned they are not available, despite the store having a lot of jewelry not put out for sale. Overall, it is a well-liked store with helpful staff and a good variety of items, making it a popular stop for many shoppers.
I had two loads over two weeks to support our closest store. They are cool to visit.
