“My wife and I stopped in to Jewelers Studio on May 31st because we read many great reviews. We asked if a loose stone on my wife’s wedding ring could be fixed and if her engagement ring stone could be mounted on a new band. Pam who was behind the showcase at the time suggested a smaller stone could be removed and the engagement stone mounted on the wedding band. We both thought that was an exceptional idea so she got a reasonable quote from Jerry and said it would be two weeks. We agreed and she generated the work order. We had not heard from the jeweler after three weeks so I called him during the 4th week. Jerry said he was behind and would have it finished by the end of next week. Today I stopped in to check on the progress and Jerry was not in. I left a copy of the work order and asked the clerk to have him call. Jerry called today and offered his apologies while also giving a discount as compensation for the long wait. Thank you Jerry, the quality of workmanship is outstanding and my wife is extremely happy with the results.”

“Absolutely LOVE this franchise! The jewelry is awesome and affordable and the monogramming is always perfect. I always pick up in a store but yesterday was different. I picked up on my lunch break as usual but I knew I was in trouble when the one guy ahead of me kept looking at his watch. Kelsey seems to be very very laid back and moves at a very slow pace. I picked the wrong day to use my lunch break to pick up especially having to get on I-26 in the Harbison area then get there and have to wait longer than normal. Won’t try that again.”

From the walk in we were warmly greeted by the employees but Aston worked with us personally . My wife and I were looking to upgrade our rings and failed to find anything we really liked until we came to reeds.
From her kind attitude , impressive knowledge , the way she made us feel comfortable and matched the vision we gave her contributed to such a memorable experience !! She also introduced us to Matthew that assisted with the extra info on customization of two different rings
Not only was my wife and I able to found our dream rings , Aston also enlightened us on the cool customizations available . (Highly recommend asking about that when u go!)
